The somewhat rare wild Leek is only found in certain places in the north east early spring. No roots/bulbs are dug up or used in this product. It has a Leek/garlic green flavor with a moderate-mildly Hot spice level from fermented Aji Charapita pepper mash. This pepper is hot and has a strong citrus flavor before fermentation. After fermentation/aging and drying, the dry pepper flake gives you a powerful kick of funky fruity flavor with good heat.

This product pairs well with poultry, soups, and veggies like summer sweet corn. This version has a moderate/mildly Hot spice level and will leave you salivating with a comfortable addictive burn on your tongue.
