Fermented Black Garlic Salt
Fermented Black Garlic Salt is made from organically homegrown soft neck garlic that is fermented for a long time at specific temperatures in order to activate enzymes within the garlic to transform it into a complex version of itself. The garlic cloves turn black from this process, hence the name “Black Garlic”. The fermented back garlic is then dried and blended into a fine powder which is then combined with a fine high grade real sea salt.
